NAPFA Test
Ok, I can't believe I forgot to post about my NAPFA Test. Ok firstly, I did my 5 stations last Friday. Some people did not do because we just had our injection and their hands feel pain or numb or whatever.
Ok firstly, the shuttle run, the funniest one. The teacher started me and then when I was running, I accidentally slipped and nearly banged into Dewin. Haha. So both of us had to retest. The 2nd time I retested, I did a 10.2, an A. Not very fast but who cares? It's still an A. Then later Dewin kept blaming me for the shuttle run. Hey, I did mean it ok. then later we went for sit ups. I partnered Jiayi, and my score for the sit ups was 47, an A again. Then, we went for standing broad jump. The 1st time I jumped was 182.5cm, an A duh. I wanted to do a 2nd time, but the teacher didn't let me...because it was already an A!!So what uis the point, still A wad. So I only did it once. Then it was sit and reach. Ok, this has always been my worst one....the only one which I will get a B. But hopefully this, year, with more stretching exercise, I will be able to get an A...hope. And true enough, the teacher let me do it twice and both times it was 42cm. A was to be above 41cm. I scraped through the A with a 42cm. YAY!!! Then finally, inclined pull ups. A was above 20. But I was determined to get at least above 30. I went to Mr. Low. And after watching some people, I begin to get nervous because I saw so many people dying. So when it was my turn, I did 36!! An A again!! So this was a fruitful test...FULL MARKS!!
Ok, so yesterday, during PE, we did our 1.6km. So when we started, I was behind Jewel by 1 bit. But during the 2nd round, I caught up with up and begaon to lengthen the gep between her and me. Then that tupid Lingfei lor...pass me the ice-cream sticks also cannot pass properly, keep dropping it, make me waste time to pick it up...SSTTUPPPPIIIIDDD...like pig so fat and stupid man. But despite all his stupid acts, I managed to finish it in 6 mins 54secs, an obvious A!!! Actually, for me, the first 2 rounds are the most difficuly. Because once you get your rhythm, it's much easier to run.
So total score. 30/30...perfectscore *thanks to my sit and reach though or it will be a 29*....Lucky :)
